To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags or packaging when applicable. Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Customized, final sale, clearance, or personalized products may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For the fastest service, include your order number, photos if needed, and a clear explanation when contacting us.
